Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the Zouxen platform. By creating an account or accessing any content, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use Zouxen. By agreeing to these terms, you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you confirm that a parent or legal guardian has consented to these terms on your behalf.

2. Account Registration

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• You must notify us immediately at support@zouxen.com if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• One person may not maintain more than one free account. Multiple accounts created to circumvent restrictions may be terminated.

3. Course Enrollment and Access

• Upon successful payment, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access the purchased course content for personal, non-commercial learning.
• Access duration is as specified on the course page (lifetime access or a defined period).
• You may not share, redistribute, record, or resell course materials.
• Certificates of completion are issued to the enrolled individual only and must not be misrepresented.

4. Payments

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Payments are processed securely via Razorpay. By making a payment, you also agree to Razorpay's terms.
• Zouxen does not store your card or UPI credentials.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Zouxen platform — including videos, text, graphics, logos, course materials, and software — is the intellectual property of Zouxen or its content partners and is protected under applicable copyright laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these terms.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the platform.
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract content.
• Post or transmit harmful, defamatory, obscene, or fraudulent content.
• Impersonate any person or entity.
• Interfere with the security or integrity of the platform.

Violation of these terms may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without notice or refund.

7. User-Generated Content

If you submit reviews, comments, or discussion posts, you grant Zouxen a royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, display, and moderate that content. You remain responsible for ensuring your content does not violate any law or third-party rights.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Zouxen provides its platform and content on an "as is" basis. We make no warranties — express or implied — regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of any content.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zouxen's aggregate liability for any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant course in the preceding 12 months.

9. Third-Party Links

Our platform may contain links to external websites. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of those sites.

10. Modifications to the Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the platform at any time. We will provide reasonable notice for significant changes that affect your access to purchased content.

11. Termination

You may close your account at any time by contacting us. We may terminate or suspend accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to access course content ends.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India. We encourage you to first contact us at support@zouxen.com to resolve disputes amicably.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
